Building Regulations and Portable Building Planning Applications
"It's all part of the service"
Your project may be subject to local authority planning approval. Many of our clients find the process a little onerous and often time consuming. Here at Midlands Portable Buildings we aim to deal both professionally and efficiently with your application. Our Architect led service now extends to providing full planning application submissions along with all associated plan and elevation drawings. We understand what is required to obtain permission and work closely with your local authority to enable your project to progress.
As a direct result of your successful planning application you are often required to obtain Local Authority Building Regulation Approval. Your project must meet certain legislation and standards of construction. Our vast industry experience enables us to provide you with a fully compliant project. We work closely with an independent corporate approved inspector who inspects our construction methods to ensure we meet exacting standards.
