Refurbished Modular Office Delivered to London
We recently delivered an affordable and bespoke Modular Office to the Department for Environment Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) in London. DEFRA enquired about the possibility of buying Portable Offices with carpet flooring and double glazed windows. With a rapid lead time, the design and construction team worked efficiently to produce a personalized plan for the project. This was successful because it allowed us to provide a high quality and rapid service. We offered a full turn-key contract for the installation of a refurbished modular office building. The modular building was delivered to DEFRA on the 10/08/2017 with project completion on the 25/08/2017.

This professional refurbished modular building provided two spacious offices and created a welcoming, professional and inclusive environment. The Plastisol Steel Exterior provides a long lasting and low maintenance coating to the building. All internal fittings were completed by MPB, including data communications. Throughout the process, we kept regular communication with DEFRA to ensure we provided a direct and efficient service. We provided a full health and safety compliant contract including a contract lift, Risk Assessment and Method Statement. All transport was scheduled for timed delivery slots and all 11 sections were delivered in one day. This allowed for minimal disruption for the client, meaning their day to day operation could continue.
