Bespoke farm offices installed in Stratford-upon-Avon
A business in Stratford-upon-Avon required two bespoke buildings, which they commissioned from the MPB team. The first building was a 32’ x 12’ open plan portable building to be used as a meeting room and classroom, and the second building was 48’ x 12’ to be used as a farm office. Our Project Manager, Steve, went to oversee the installation of the buildings and ensure everything went to plan.
A HIAB (Hydrauliska Indusri AB) was needed to deliver the buildings. The HIAB is a lorry-mounted crane ideal for lifting and moving heavy loads, such as the client’s prefabricated buildings. The access was rather narrow, meaning that trees had to be trimmed back to prevent any damage being caused to the buildings during the installation process.
The exteriors of both buildings were plastisol steel clad and painted in Juniper Green. The first building had vinyl-faced plasterboard internally, carpet tile flooring, a heating system, LED lighting strips and double-height windows to ensure plenty of natural light for the building’s users. The second building had the same internal fixtures and fittings, but with the larger part of the interior separated from the office space. The office area had carpet tile flooring, and the larger meeting room area had vinyl flooring.
Thanks to the expertise of our teams and our project management, both buildings were delivered and installed in a seamless, professional manner, to the satisfaction of the client.
