Anti-Vandal welfare block delivered onsite in London

Our longstanding client, an environmental services company, required an anti-vandal, welfare block to be delivered to their site in London. This is the first of several that they need to have supplied for multiple sites across the country.

The building didn’t require any specific permits, but our Project Manager, Stephen, went down to ensure the installation was carried out correctly. He arrived at 5:45 am, and the buildings were offloaded by 7:30 am as access was needed across a park.

The unit comprised a 12 m x 3 m office/canteen area and a 7.6 m x 3 m shower and toilet block. The building has a flat-sided steel exterior with window shutters to ensure the durability and security of the cabins for their public location near the park.

Fitted inside with a professional plasterboard interior, vinyl flooring, LED strip lighting and all the plumbing and electrics to support the kitchen and welfare areas. The manufacturing time on the building was four weeks, and the client was pleased with the rapid and professional delivery by the MPB team and the finished result.
