3 Bay Modular Building refurbished to provide office and welfare space

This modular building is to be used as an office and welfare space for yard operatives. The space consists of: male and female toilet, male and female showers, and a changing space. We sourced heated lockers at the customer’s request.

We provided a full groundworks package in preparation for the installation of the building. We also provided transport and a contract lift with a crane.

We installed all external skirting around the building to give a cleaner finish.
