Refurbished Modular Building for Arden Wood Shavings, Solihull

A previous customer contacted us to see how we could help their business once more. They required a large meeting room with space for a kitchenette in a specific layout.

In our yard we had a used modular building chassis. The advantage of using what is essentially the bare bones of a modular building is everything added to it is brand new and placed in the layout of the customer’s choice. This particular building measures at 10.0m x 6.0m, the exterior is plastisol steel painted Goosewing grey, internal walls are white vinyl-faced plasterboard and carpet tiles and vinyl flooring. The windows are UPVC double glazed windows and steel security door. Double socket power and data points are installed with three compartment trunking ensuring a tidy finish.

The customer chose their kitchenette. We offered a range of samples for them to choose from to achieve their desired look. They chose a Nordic Grey base unit with a complimenting white/grey marble effect laminate worktop. A lot of our customers want to achieve a certain aesthetic when purchasing a modular building and we like to facilitate that by giving plenty of options and our professional advice.

The building was delivered to Solihull in Birmingham and installed by our expert installation team.
