Our process
Step 01 – Design Phase
We begin by collaborating to design buildings that ensure your needs are fully met. We then provide you with a quote based on the design and, once you are happy, we’ll complete a full site inspection and assess any access restrictions. You will have the option of brand-new or used portable office buildings.
Step 02 – Planning and Compliance
Planning permission and all building regulations must be applied for before any groundworks begin, whether you are installing large or small office buildings or portable cabins, which can be quite daunting for some. This is why we offer a turnkey service to manage the entire application process, which can take between 8 and 12 weeks to complete.
Step 03 – Groundworks and Manufacturing
Once planning permission is approved, we manufacture your portable office buildings to your design preferences and send our team to your site to complete groundworks including preparing foundations, drainage, ducting and mains services connections.
Step 04 – Installation
Step 05 – Snagging and Handover
All snagging tasks are checked and completed to ensure you are completely satisfied. We will then hand over the keys to your buildings along with all building certifications so you can use your new modular office building.
