Step 01 – Design phase

Your needs matter to us. That’s why during the first part of the process we collaborate with you on a design that satisfies your needs. We will provide you with a quote based on the design and once you are happy, we’ll come and visit your site with an inspection to assess any access restrictions.

Step 02 – Planning and compliance

Planning permission and all building regulations must be applied for before any groundworks start. This can take between 8 and 12 weeks and if you are unsure where to start, we offer a turnkey service to manage the application process.

Step 03 – Groundworks and manufacturing

After planning permission is approved, we begin to manufacture your portable office cabin sticking exactly to your design preferences. We help out with all aspects of the construction, including sending our team to complete groundworks onsite, preparing foundations, drainage, ducting and mains services connections.

Step 04 – Installation

After the efficient process of groundwork and constructing your modular office, we deliver it to your site where our expert team installs it with great care, assuring everything is fitted properly. We then install all interior and exterior fittings for you to use within a space of just a few weeks.

Step 05 – Snagging and Handover

All snagging tasks are checked and completed to ensure you are completely satisfied. The keys will be handed to you along with all building certifications so you can now use your amazing modular office buildings.
