Is a modular office right for your business?
Advancements in modular construction are now allowing more clients within the corporate sector to achieve a the office space they desire within a cost effective budget and a lead time which is far faster than traditional construction methods.
We provide a comprehensive design and manufacturing process to achieve your desired office space and the aesthetic features you may require.
How much do modular offices cost?
Well…. this is a slightly tougher question to answer purely because of the amount of flexibility and options you as a customer have to choose from. We aim to provide the most cost-effective solution to our clients without any compromise on quality. We have created a number of ‘standard’ modular office layouts which include cellular offices, board / meeting rooms and welfare facilities but if you do have a specific plan or design for how you want your building to be laid out please contact our sales team.
What restrictions do modular buildings have?
There are very few restrictions with modular construction, one of the main limiting conditions is the access required to get the modules on to the premises. We have the use of industry leading logistical equipment such as cranes, both mobile and tower cranes, rear-steering trailers and remote controlled lorries. However, sometimes, not even these solutions can allow to access certain sites. We endeavour to “think outside the box” when it comes to getting your building on to your premises to ensure all avenues are considered.
