We have a wide range of units available to hire and purchase.

Father Christmas has arrived early at MPB Ltd by bringing in a range of used buildings ready for refurbishment. We now have a wide range of building types and sizes to suit a range of needs.

Anti vandal units  make excellent secure offices, canteens and welfare units. They are robustly built from heavy duty steel and offer the best protection against vandalism.

We also have used portable cabins that can be used as offices, marketing suites, changing rooms and more. Even though these buildings are used, they are refurbished to a high standard.

Currently in stock, are varying sized refurbished modular buildings. These units are large and versatile buildings that can be used as large offices, classrooms, leisure facilities etc. They can have toilets, kitchens and shower rooms included to create a multi-purpose building.

We also have a number of storage containers available.

Why choose refurbished buildings?

By choosing used buildings you will be saving up to 60% compared to the cost of purchasing new. This is a fantastic option for those whose budgets aren’t able to stretch towards buying a new building.

Also by choosing to buy a secondhand portable building you will be helping the environment. Recycling older buildings that still have a lot of life left in them helps reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill. Less resources are used to refurbish secondhand units than to buy new.
